Abstract: The Hong Kong Section celebrated its 19th anniversary on 15 November and staged several events, including a seminar, a workshop, a small equipment exhibition, and a dinner party. The seminar, titled “The Changing Face of Transmedia Entertainment,” was held at the auditorium of the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI). Local and overseas experts were invited to present talks on new developments and applications in the areas of over-the-top television (OTT TV), ultrahigh-definition (UHD), multiscreen ecosystems, Red Bull's high-altitude skydiving (stratos jump) project, and second-screen practice.
