Abstract: Over the past several months we have been exploring certain attributes of membership in the Society that you can use to support your personal and professional needs. One of my goals has been to work toward positioning the Society such that it can provide many of the resources you as a valued individual and active member may need to access from time to time for professional or operational support, or to help you further your career. Next month I'll be telling you about the expanded group health, insurance, and affinity opportunities we will soon be introducing, but this month I just want to remind you that among the many positive facets of membership is that it can contribute to a base of personal knowledge and authority on which you can build.
