Magnetic Audio Records - Two, Three, Four and Six Records on 35-mm and One Record on 17.5-mm Magnetic Film
This standard specifies the position, dimensions, reproducing speed, and identity of the two-, three-, four-, or six-track magnetic audio records on 35-mm magnetic film, and one single-track record on 17.5-mm magnetic film. It also specifies the assignment of records to the…This standard specifies the position, dimensions, reproducing speed, and identity of the two-, three-, four-, or six-track magnetic audio records on 35-mm magnetic film, and one single-track record on 17.5-mm magnetic film. It also specifies the assignment of records to the various tracks on the magnetic coating on the film in relation to the direction of film travel.

Photographic Audio Record - Spectral Diffuse Density

It does not apply to the density measurement of records composed of dyes only. The conditions of this standard are applicable to systems of audio reproduction using the S-1 photosurface. It is recognized that there are other types of photosurfaces used for photographic audio reproduction that do not fall within the scope of this standard. This standard defines a practical condition by means of which it is expected that most density measurements will be made.

Photographic Audio Level Test Films - Measurement of Photoelectric Output Factor
(1.1) This standard specifies the method of measurement of the photoelectric output factor of single photographic audio level test films in all film gauges, using a calibrating audio reproducer. It is applicable to both variable-area and variable-density audio records. (1.2) The…(1.1) This standard specifies the method of measurement of the photoelectric output factor of single photographic audio level test films in all film gauges, using a calibrating audio reproducer. It is applicable to both variable-area and variable-density audio records. (1.2) The standard also specifies the intended performance of a calibrating audio reproducer. (1.3) Calibrated audio-level test films are employed to measure the precise output level of photographic audio reproducers and the photoelectric output factor of different audio records, and to establish a reference level on a standard program-level meter appropriately chosen for the installation.

Raw Stock Identification and Labeling
This standard specifies the information to be included by the manufacturer covering the physical specifications and certain packaging characteristics of motion-picture raw stock. The suggested location of this information on the manufacturer's label is also specified.

Indoor Theater and Review Room Projection - Screen Luminance and Viewing Conditions
This standard specifies the screen luminance level, luminance distribution, and spectral distribution (color temperature) of the projection light for theatrical, review-room, and non-theatrical presentation of 16-, 35-, and 70-mm motion-picture prints intended for projection at…This standard specifies the screen luminance level, luminance distribution, and spectral distribution (color temperature) of the projection light for theatrical, review-room, and non-theatrical presentation of 16-, 35-, and 70-mm motion-picture prints intended for projection at 24 frames per second. This standard also specifies review-room viewing conditions. It is the purpose of these specifications to achieve the tone scale, contrast, and pictorial quality of the projected print that will be of the quality intended during its production.
