- “Effects of resolution and sampling frequency on the differential gain, phase, and noise of a digital video system,” Micro Consultants Ltd. , Surrey, England . Abstracts of papers of possible interest were distributed by some participants in the Study Group meetings; the papers themselves were subsequently presented at the International Conference on Communications in San Francisco in June 1975. In addition to the present report and three of the papers cited above as appearing in the Journal (Felix, Goldberg, and Acker and McLean), there are 10 papers on digital video, presented at the recent SMPTE TV Conference in Detroit, that are available on audiotape cassettes at 6.95 per paper.
