Annie Chang is the vice president of post-production technology for The Walt Disney Studios. Chang oversees the research and implementation of new technology into Disney's feature post-production and mastering pipelines through new file-based workflows and standards efforts. She chairs the Interoperable Master Format Working Group at SMPTE and represents Disney in the UHD Alliance as a board director. Prior to Disney, she spent six years at THX Ltd. as the senior engineer for the Digital Mastering Program and three years in DVD authoring and compression. Chang holds a B.S. in engineering technology from Texas A&M University.
