Jim Blecksmith is currently employed by The Grass Valley Group as a Staff Engineer. He is the principal Software Designer for the MKII DVE Controller. Before coming to Grass Valley, he was employed by EECO, involved in the design of SMPTE Time Code Generators, Readers and Editors. Other interests include flying and the many outdoor activities of Nevada County.
