- Abstract
- This paper points out the problematic of objective assessment of signal quality on digital TV networks. It aims also to present an equipment for automatic audio and video quality assessment designed in QUOVADIS Project. The monitoring of signal on digital TV networks sets specific technical constraints that have to be taken into account.
