- Abstract
- The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences continues to play a pivotal role in advancing the technical standards that shape the future of filmmaking. Over the past year, the Academy has made significant strides in several key areas, reflecting its ongoing commitment to supporting the creative community through innovation and collaboration. This annual update highlights two of the Academy's most impactful projects: the development and release of ACES 2.0 and the ongoing work of the Academy Digital Preservation Forum (ADPF).
