Abstract: The SMPTE Membership Committee, formerly under the leadership of Renard Jenkins and more recently that of Rose Lockwood, has continued its focus on outreach to students. Although the creation and support of SMPTE Student Chapters continue to be a primary means of engagement, the committee is dedicated to developing new ways of connecting to potential future members.
