Abstract: The object of this paper is to describe the many applications in the entertainment industry requiring video projection where traditional projection technologies are not well adapted, and show the unique properties of the laser video projector that may overcome some of the difficulties encountered in these unusual applications. The basic operation of the laser video projection technology is also described, and a brief outline of the limitations is given.
