A Neural Video Camera Processor

Abstract
The use of a neural network as an alternate architecture for video camera processing is investigated, and a novel approach to training and reducing the size of the network is presented. Using simulations, the neural processor is compared to a simplified conventional architecture. A minimum hardware realization is shown.
