Joey Faust, a senior consultant with National TeleConsultants, Inc., advises clients on technology strategy, workflow optimization and modeling, and software systems design. He has consulted for a number of NTC clients, including Fox, Disney, Warner Bros., and CNN. He is a specialist in Web Services and related technology as well as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Faust is the co-author of The Service-Oriented Media Enterprise: SOA, BPM, and Web Services in Professional Media Systems , published in 2008.
