Abstract: The problem of transporting film and of distributing it to the thousands of theaters in the conntry is a considerable economic problem. Approximately ninety per cent of all film shipped between exchanges and theaters is handled by trucks operating out of thirty-two film-distributing centers sbattered throughout the country. The paper describes in considerable detail the truckman's routine in picking up and delivering film between the exchanges and the theaters.
