You, gentlemen, are a most vital part of a great industry, an industry that has made tremendous progress over a period of years. You, who have contributed so much to the forward movement of the motion picture industry, are to be congratulated not only for your ability but for your complete determination to move forward and better the all-round development of the motion picture.
