Abstract: The introduction of high-quality video switchers in the last few years has created a need for a completely solid-state fader-mixer amplifier with high quality specifications and low maintenance requirements. The circuits described have been incorporated into a new remote-controlled fader-mixer amplifier with color processing capability and featuring plug-in interchangeability. Only standard transistors are used and no thermal or light-dependent devices are employed.
