Abstract: A modern postive-negative color developing installation built around the Arri Color Machine has recently been completed by Byron, Inc. This installation makes extensive use of polyvinyl chloride plastics both in machine design and auxiliary equipment. Before the new equipment, including chemical mix, control and developing sections, could be added to the laboratory, extensive alterations were made in an existing building.
