Abstract: The biennial meetings of the International Congresses on High-Speed Photography are becoming increasingly important to science and industry. As specialists in high-speed photography continuously devise better equipment and techniques, scientists and engineers, not necessarily experts in the field, should be better able to utilize these procedures for solutions to their own specific problems. Without question, the dissemination of the material of these Congresses is valuable to research and development in a number of countries.
