Abstract: A 1,000-chair ride takes visitors through the Bell System Pavilion at the New York World's Fair on a ride path lined with rear-projected 16mm motion pictures integrated with three-dimensional stage settings. Each chair is equipped with a special monaural sound system which is synchronized with the ride. Sixty-five special xenon projectors show continuous motion-picture film loops.
