Abstract: In planning construction of TV broadcasting facilities in developing areas, various restrictions such as shortage of skilled engineers and technicians, climate, quality of power supply and other environmental conditions must be considered. Precautions taken in the installation of facilities and the designing of equipment under such restrictions have been studied. The latest studio system in which an automatic operation selecting system aiming mainly at mechanization and rationalization of program operation has been introduced in an attempt to eliminate mistakes in operation.
