Abstract: An 8mm multipurpose motion-picture camera has been constructed to accept Kodak's super 8, Fuji's Single-8 and regular 8mm films with a change of the camera back unit. A related new 8mm projector has also been built to accept both super 8 and regular 8mm film. The technical background of the camera and projector is described in detail.
