Abstract: Large-screen color-television has been demonstrated several times and commercial equipment is available. Various problems of colorimetry, optics and electronics have been overcome and the resultant picture is adequate for theater use. The technical features of the equipment are outlined as well as application information. The projector described will produce a picture 15 by 20 ft with good highlight brightness. It operates on the standards recently adopted by the FCC for color-television broadcasting.
