Abstract: Irwin W. Young, chairman of the board of Du Art Film Laboratories, is an SMPTE Governor for the New York Region. Young was graduated from Lehigh University in 1952, having earned a B.S. degree in Engineering. Following graduation, he joined Du Art Film Laboratories. He joined the SMPTE in 1955.
