- This article reviews the CBC experience in identifying the causes, assessing the effects, and effecting remedies of bit-serial digital jitter at 270 Mbits/sec and describes the current CBC test methods. This experience was gained during activities related to the implementation of the Toronto Broadcast Centre Project.
