Abstract
Various methods of texture and depth enhancement, collectively called Vision III™, have been under development for the past four years. By simultaneously providing both eyes with alternating images that differ in parallax and are time-displaced to coincide with the persistence of the visio-psychological memory rate, the processes relay depth information to the brain in a form that can be translated into a stable three-dimensional image. The processes are suitable for both standard broadcast video and motion-picture productions without equipment modification (other than the camera) and without requiring the viewer to wear special glasses.
