This paper suggests a new business model to explore the power of mobile TV, focusing a targeted audience, based on broadcasting live sport events inside stadiums or arenas where the event is happening, targeting the audience present in the venue, taking advantage of the existing digital terrestrial television standards available nowadays in combination with wireless broadband networks.
