Larsen as Representative of the SMPE, Mr. Larsen also submitted a personal statement relating to recommendations made by various interests for commercial television broadcasting. This statement, accepted by the FCC as Exhibit No. 432, presents historic facts of the motion picture industry for the benefit of the FCC in arriving at a conclusion on the frequency band allocations required for a commercial television broadcast service, and is reprinted here.",
