While making use of such quality television effects as are sought nationwide, the Delaware ETV production efforts will concentrate on production of quality programs to fill specific local educational needs. The Bell System constructed the largest telephone company ETV facility in the U.S. to carry signals from the Resources Center in Dover to the 170 schools throughout the state. Schools were completely equipped with Master Antenna Television (MATV) systems making the signals available in every classroom. The system carries programs selected and scheduled to meet specific instructional goals.
