"abstract": "The activities of the Standards Committee since the Spring Convention were restricted principally to the completion of the Standards Booklet, which has already been published in the November, 1934, issue of the JOURNAL, and to the consideration of proposals from, Europe relating to the standardization of 16-mm. sound-film. It was previously stated1 that a report from the German Standardizing Committee would receive the attention of the S. M. P. E. Standards Committee and that an official reply would be prepared.",
