    "abstract": "Those of you who were present at the Technical Conference of the Society of Motion Picture Engineers, held October 1945 in New York, may have heard the several excellent papers presented on the characteristics and early tests of the RCA 1P37 blue-sensitive photocell. This cell was developed at the request of several of the color-film companies to reproduce the dye-image sound tracks which will be associated with certain color motion pictures. These papers appeared in the May 1946 issue of the Journal.",
